Mr. Macklem is the former Deputy Governor of the Bank of Canada, former Assistant Deputy Minister for Canada’s Ministry of Finance, Dean of the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto, and Chair of the Government of Canada’s Expert Panel on Sustainable Finance.
